Caiyuhu National Wetland Park, located in Chongqing’s Jiulongpo District, is Chongqing’s first national wetland park and one of China’s initial twelve wetland parks.

Things to Do at Caiyunhu National Wetland Park
Hiking
Paved concrete loop trail. Each loop takes about 1.5 hours to complete, with many sub-trails available for exploration.
Viewing
Caiyunhu Park is home to many wildlife, including egrets, waterfowl and other birds. It also hosts a plum garden, when in early Spring, becomes a social point with vibrant pink and red plum blossoms.
Sports
It includes a sports area with courts for basketball, table tennis, and badminton, as well as outdoor fitness equipment.
Fitness
There are outdoor fitness equipments available.
Fishing
Fishing is possible. Be aware of safety near the water.
Fish from the lake are not permitted for consumption.
Pets
Pets and domestic animals must be on a leash at all times. You are responsible for their behaviour and must dispose of their excrement.

The park’s 3-kilometre paved plank road around the Lake is ideal for cycling. This flat, well-maintained trail offers a smooth ride with scenic views of the lake, greenery, and wildlife.
