Chongqing Local Events Calendar Policy

• Events must be held in Chongqing or the greater Chongqing area.
• Events must be open to the public and of interest to international visitors, and taking place for a limited time.

Calendar does NOT accept:

• Political rallies
• Religious/worship services
• Sales or Promotion, including Pop-ups and Activations, whose primary purpose is to sell or promote products or services
• Happy hours
• Recruitment events (job postings, call for talent or exhibit artists)
• B2B events (Private Corporate Events and Conferences)
• Is the same as the regular business offering or a regularly occurring event

Recommendations

• Please check to see if your event is already on our calendar before sending.
• We recommend submitting your event listing at least 5 weeks before the event’s start date for optimal promotion.
• Include a description of your event and what audiences can expect.
• Include a link to your website/event page where audiences can find more information or to purchase a ticket.
• Include a high-resolution photo, preferred image size is 1200px wide and 500px tall, that is less than 2 MB.
• Please ensure you include any accessibility information to make the event more meaningful for people of all abilities.
