To ensure smooth and convenient travel for residents and tourists during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, Chongqing Public Transport Authority has upgraded and adjusted service plans across city buses, metro, and tourist transit routes.
CRT
Line 1 (Applicable Dates: Sept 28–29, Sept 30–Oct 6)

City Buses
Extended Operating Hours:
- Lines 10 and 321 in the Jiaofangbei area will extend service until 23:00
Increased Frequency on Night Routes:
- Night routes 0301 and 0321 will deploy additional vehicles to shorten departure intervals during peak night hours.
Dynamic Adjustments for Events:
- Routes 373 and 375 along Nanbin Road will dynamically adjust schedules based on the drone light show performance times.
Yangtze River Cableway
Hours: 07:30 – 22:30 (Extended by 30 mins morning and evening; normal hours: 08:00–22:00)
Lianglukou Escalator
Hours: 08:00 – 21:00 (Extended by 1 hour in the evening; normal hours: 08:00–20:00).
Additional Support
- Railway Stations: Over 40 emergency backup buses are stationed at Chongqing North Railway Station, Chongqing West Railway Station, Chongqing East Railway Station, Shapingba Station, and Jiangbei International Airport.
- Airports: Buses will remain operational for 20 minutes after the last train or flight arrives.
- Drone Shows: Emergency backup buses are on standby at Nanbin Road and the Science and Technology Museum for immediate deployment based on crowd size.
- Longxing Football Stadium: Special shuttle routes will run as needed to quickly disperse crowd flows after matches.
- CRT: Network-wide regular deployment of 1–3 standby trains ready for immediate launch during sudden passenger surges. Additional standby trains will be assigned to Line 10 and Line 4 during the Yuelai International Expo Center Auto Show and events at Longxing Football Stadium.
- Health and safety: Information desks at key stations offer travel guidance, emergency medicine, and other passenger assistance services.
